Registration Method

Attendees of IVC may take advantage of the special room rate of $269 and $30 for each additional guest. For reservations please click here or call the hotel directly at 1-800-548-8886 and identify yourself as a IVC attendee. *This special rate is available through April 19, 2010, or until all available reduced-rate rooms have been reserved, whichever comes first.

Important Deposit Information
Fontainebleau requires a one-night deposit for each room, to guarantee accommodations. They accept all major credit cards for individual attendee deposits. All credit cards utilized for deposit purposes will be charged immediately when the reservation is made. If paid by other means, the deposit must be received no later than fourteen (14) days after the reservation is made. All deposits are completely refundable if reservations are canceled seventy-two (72) hours prior to scheduled arrival. The deposit will hold the room until 6:00 AM, the morning after the scheduled date of arrival.

Please note hotel check-in time is after 4:00 PM and check-out time is before11:00 AM.
